Miss April

I know it is a little early for Easter, considering that Lent has not yet even begun, but I wanted to get a head start filling up our blank calender at work with pictures. This is "Miss April". She is a Longpincered Crayfish and yes she is pretending to be the easter bunny, using her extra-long claws as ears. Technically she is genderless due to the absence of a sperm receptacle but that fact is less obvious than the lack of gonopods, so I'm saying its a girl.

Somehow my boss has been able to tolerate the cuddling crayfish couple (seen elsewhere in my gallery) all of February, we will see how this one goes.
