The Captive CiD cover

This is the first in a set of comic book covers I made for Comics in Disguise. I actually made these about a year ago or more, for a special project that never seems to have materialized. So I'm finally putting them up here. Each of them took one whole Sunday, minus walking the dog, eating, and church

Colored with colored pencils and acrylic paints.

The little ratchet wheel icon in the top left was just totally made up by me and not sanctioned by the actual Ratchet.

edit: I felt I owed more of an explaination for these, especially for anyone who maybe has not read the older CiD comics. I can't imagine why they wouldn't have...but anyway!

-Starscream is front and center because he seemed to get alot of the 'screen time'
-Bluestreak giving the "peace" sign because he completely failed at fighting back, and spends his time chatting with the enemy (knowingly or unknowingly). Its really kind of poking fun at him, having him do this. But if you don't think about it too hard it just looks cute to have him doing that. Lol, I'm so cruel.
-Hound is winking because of the incident when he locks the casseticon in the cage and mocks him with the keys. That's all. I just wanted him to look 'teasing'.
-Windcharge is poking himself in the chest as he did in that one comic where he ponders whether he left his magnet powers on 'LOW' setting XD
-Sideswipe is ready to beat the aft of whoever took his brother
-Sunstreaker and the lizard - that time he stepped on a lizard in the desert and was grossed out by it. I love that part.
-Ratchet looking at the seekers up there kind of refers to him being the only one who seemed unenthusiastic about going to look for Sunstreaker, probably because he figured something bad would happen.
-Mirage is there because Mirage is awesome. And he WAS in that story arc, so... XD
-Scattergories because that's the game the bots were playing in the beginning, and the back cover ([link]) also goes with this theme.
-Reflector because he actually featured somewhat prominently in the story!
